All-in comparison habit

1. Pick one major (EURUSD or XAUUSD) and one session you actually trade.
2. On demo Standard, note average spread for 10 fills.
3. On Raw+, add ~$7 per lot round-turn to that tighter spread.
4. Pick the lower all-in for your ticket frequency - not the prettier marketing pip.

Scalpers and news traders feel widenings first. Slow swing tickets care more about swap and overnight rules than a 0.1 pip headline. Swap-free / Islamic overlays can change overnight cost - check the account card, not a blog slogan.

Leverage does not rewrite spreads
